Studio 18 ~ Blue & Red Rhinestones
Recollections ~ Tiny Faux White Pearls
Misc.: Ribbon, Tulle

Directions:
Copy star, flip upside down, and paste on bottom portion of Tag Holder. Cut. Adhere together. Sand lightly. Repeat for each shape.
Create tag insert by copying Tag Holder & pasting to new file. Erase bottom portion. Add bottom line to make tag. Adjust size to 3.110 Tall and 1.885 Wide. Add ribbon. Insert into holder. Decorate.
