Featured Designer Challenge by Ute Thenert

Photo Card Trauben-Hyazinthe
Today I have the honor to make the monthly tutorial as the featured designer.

I thought I will show how you can craft a quick and easy card.  This so easy that this can be done by children too, maybe as a birthday card for mom?

The supplies you will need are as followed:
Vanilla cardstock, 14x14cm
Lilac cardstock, 13x13cm
2 pieces of tissue paper, rose and light yellow
Raffia ribbon, light green, olive green
Lilac ribbon
"Floral Doily" Die - DR0247 Quickutz/Lifestyle Crafts
Scissor, glue, pearl pen

Step 1
So, let’s start!

Cut down two pieces about 3cm from the light green raffia ribbon. Spread them out
A little bit in the middle and form 2 leaves.

Step 2
Glue the lilac cardstock centered on the vanilla card and to the left side the doily.
Now cut two pieces of olive green raffia ribbon for the stem and also glue them
With the leaves on the card as shown in the photo.

Step 3

Cut a stripe about 4cm from the tissue paper, each color and cut this into little
pieces. All these pieces bowl in your palms for making many pellets of paper.

Step 4
When done, stick them as a blossom for the stem on the card. They can be arranged in all forms.
Adhere the lilac ribbon along the bottom edge and a little bit over the stems.
For additional embellishments you can use phrase stickers or how I did, a tag with a phrase, half pearls by using a pearl pen, and extant pellets of paper.
