1 3/8" circle punch
Martha Stewart double sided edge punch "infinite loops"
Scissors

Scallop punch

Martha Stewart double sided edge punch "infinite loops"
Step 1
Cut a piece of acetate 7” x 7” square
Cut a piece of acetate 7” x 7” square
Place double sided tape on one edge
Roll to adhere 7 form a tube – see picture #1
Step 2
Using the Martha Stewart double edge punch “infinite loops”, punch a strip of orange patterned paper long enough to go around the acetate tube

Step 3
Cut two pieces of 7” by 4” orange patterned paper
Run double sided tape along one long edge & one short edge of each piece
Adhere to the ends of the tube – see picture #3
Step 4
Using scissors cut strips in both ends of the orange patterned paper – see picture #4
Step 5
Cut a piece of black patterned paper just a bit larger than the punched piece of orange patterned paper you created in step 2
Adhere the black paper under the orange for contrast – see picture #5
Step 6
Adhere the piece around the middle of the tube – see picture #6
Step 7
Punch a scallop out of the orange patterned paper
Punch a circle out of the black patterned paper
Adhere the black circle on top of the orange with foam tape
Using Tim Holtz distress ink in “rusty hinge” ink some white American crafts thicker letter stickers to match the patterned paper
Adhere them to the black circle
Then adhere the piece to the middle of the tube – see picture #7
Step 8
Using the black ribbon, tie a bow around one end of the tube, where the fringe of cut strips ends
Using your fingers, splay the fringe for effect
See picture #8. Fill with your favorite treats!
