Halloween - Featured Designer Challenge by Mary Pfaff





















Supplies:
QuicKutz/Lifestyle Crafts ~ Spider REV-0235
Santa’s Workshop HGS-09-IND (Alphabet & Numbers)
Therm O Web ~ Heat n Bond Iron-On Adhesive
Beacon Adhesives ~ Fabri-Tac, Gem-Tac
Copic ~  Cool Gray No. 7, airbrush
Taylored Expressions ~ Tiny Clear Gems
Creative Impressions ~ Red/Black Polka Dot Ribbon
¼” Black Ribbon
White Fabric, Canvas Fabric
Black Felt




Instructions:
For Bag:  Cut two pieces of Canvas @ 11 ½” x 13”.  Place wrong sides of fabric out.  Sew three sides.  Invert bag.  Iron.  Fold down top ½”.  Iron.  Fold again another ½”.  Iron.  Sew.
For Handles:  Cut two pieces of Canvas @ 3” x 22”.  Fold in half long ways.  Iron.  Fold each half to inside center.  Iron.  Sew each edge long ways.   Fold each end ½” up.  Sew 3” in from outside edge of bag.  Repeat for second handle.  
For Spider, Web & Letters:  Iron on Heat n Bond Iron-On Adhesive to white fabric and black felt.  Follow directions on package.  Cut four Spider Webs out from white fabric.  One Black felt Spider.  Letters from Black Felt.
Tip:  I used my Sizzix Big Shot to cut these out.  Place dies directly on top of both clear plates so they touch the metal roller.  This will not hurt your dies.

Spray Copic C7  Cool Gray onto bag.  Let dry.

Iron on Spider Web, then Spider.  Glue tiny gems to spider.

Place Letters and iron on.

Add flowers and ribbon.
